Meet with stakeholders to access their needs. Look at existing software and infrastructure, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and provide an action plan you can execute right away. This segment of the process is packaged into the Discovery Workshop.
Build a backlog of tasks, organize them into chunks, and delegate them to the right people. We will deploy a project portal to facilitate all collaboration between members of the team along with storing all project related information. Once the backlog is large enough to keep the entire team busy, we will continue on to step 3.
The team will perform the work in chunks (sprints) and frequently deliver new versions to stakeholders for feedback. Each iteration, the feature set becomes more refined and perfected as it progressively adheres to the needs of the stakeholder, their customers, and the product team. We will find ways to build modular, reusable features where possible thus to increase the team velocity and effectiveness every iteration.
With each iteration, the client has an opportunity to review the existing state of the product, user-acceptance testing (UAT) and decide to persevere or change direction. Doing this ensures the product will accurately meet the stakeholder’s vision in the end. We will also enforce code quality and performance by conducting design and code review sessions.
Finally, once the backlog has been emptied and the features are fully tested and approved by stakeholders, the product spec and all deliverables will be handed over. A team will be built to maintain the product infrastructure and fix any issues that may arise during it’s lifetime with consumers.
With each project, you will get…
- Well defined backlog
- Project collaboration space (Portal)
- Continuous Integration
- Realtime Testing and Reporting
- Expertise from our team
